I want to let you know that although it has been a year since I have worked with you, I still practice and benefit from many of the Alexander principles of alignment as well as some of your coaching cues for breathing, walking, and for ways of moving more gracefully up and down.  I have incorporated some of the techniques and concepts into my Pilates classes.  Practicing Constructive Rest has also helped me so much as I am able to get a “second wind” that enables me to be awake and alert throughout the day.
